The Brief
Our Client is an International Motion Picture company that has offices throughout California. Their Technology department was in search of a new company-wide leader, to lead their AI and new technology initiatives.
The Approach
Our Clients desire was to have their Chief Technology Officer located in their Glendale, California location. We focused our attention on leading technology professionals, in both the Los Angeles area and the Bay Area. We were looking for a leader who could bring knowledge and experience in all areas of technology, but specifically this individual had to have motion picture experience (animated preferred), Artificial Intelligence experience, wrangling experience, and rendering experience. It was also necessary for this candidate to have the ability to grow their mobile division.
The Result
The Candidate had spent time with one of the Clients largest competitors, as their Senior Vice President of R&D and Mobile Department President. He spent 27 years in motion picture technology industry. He was a native to the Silicon Valley, and we needed assist in his relocation to the Los Angeles area.
