Based in the Bay Area, they are looking for their new General Superintendent leader.

Beyond providing leadership, management, and vision to the team this candidate will have autonomy and a seat at the executive table. This role will be expected to coach, mentor, and lead the field operations with integrity. This candidate will need to have come up through the ranks and must have a well-respected reputation in the Bay Area. They will need to have extensive residential roofing and preferred solar experience.

Short list of responsibilities (to include, but not limited to):

Responsible for leading over all Superintendents throughout the Bay Area.

Recruit, retain and develop Superintendents and direct labor team members for all levels in home roofing and solar.

Provide leadership and strategic in-sight to all field and project management team members.

Ensure all projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Requirements:

Minimum of fifteen (15) years, verifiable management experience in residential roofing (required) and solar (preferred).

Project Management experience is required.
Deep extensive knowledge of both the Roofing and Solar Industry.
Best of practices leader.
Unmatched sense of urgency.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.

Education:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience is required.

The anticipated starting date is: Immediate.

The projected annual salary range for this position will range from $175,000 - $200,000.
